who is she?
don't worry, i'll keep this short and simple.
i love people, but even more importantly love the gift of our bodies. our worldly shell. i feel as though i was put on this planet to help bring others to the awareness of simple appreciation of their bodies, through images and experience.
it's important to know who you're trusting with your body.

through this journey of self discovery, i've grown absolutely in love with helping others feel comfortable in their skin and showing them how gorgeous they are no matter what. it's amazing what images of yourself, that someone else takes, can do for the mind. it brings me so much joy to prove to anyone i photograph that they are worthy of love, and deserve to feel beautiful in the skin they are in.
having grown up in an environment where modesty was a must, i wasn't given the chance to really love myself inside and out. it definitely had a lasting affect, that i'm still working through. however, in the last few years i've learned how powerful i am. how strongly connected i am to my body and spirit. it's a learning process. it's a mind shift. but i'm making waves with myself, and that's growth.
incense. i'm big on activating our senses, and smell is a big one for me.
nature is therapy for me. all of it. hiking. camping. exploring.
i love the sun. laying in it. walking in it. i mean i'm a leo, so ...
my boys. husband and 2 sons. literally my world.
traveling. it's so cool to connect with different parts and people all over the world.
i obsess over coffee. any kind. and all of it. but fav method is a french press.
